1. Registration:

Your registration is confirmed upon successful payment. Admission covers only the benefits listed for your selected ticket or package.

2. Refunds and transfers:

Please purchase thoughtfully, as tickets are non-refundable except where required by law or as outlined below. If you cannot attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person by contacting the organizer before the event.

3. Cancellation or rescheduling:

If the organizer cancels the event, ticket payments will be refunded. If the event is rescheduled, you may retain your ticket for the new date or request a refund.

4. Program changes:

Speakers, session times, and program details may change. Any significant changes will be communicated to registered attendees. All applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.

5. Participation:

Attendees are expected to treat others respectfully and follow venue safety requirements.

6. Community contribution:

Five percent of net event profits, calculated after event expenses, will be donated to food banks and registered charities serving the GTA.
